The requirements for paint and coating stripping are quite varied. Some items require stripping and simultaneously etching of the surface to provide a key for subsequent coatings. Others require only the paint or coating to be removed, but no damage to the substrate can be allowed.

Some aluminium components are anodised prior to being coated. Our gentle blasting and paint stripping process allows us to remove the coating whilst leaving the underlying anodising fully intact.This can save a great deal of money as most other stripping methods will damage or remove the anodising as well as the coating.
